The formula to my go-to look has stayed the same for quite some time now. A band tee, my tried and true leather jacket, and round frames that make every outfit a little bit rock'n'roll. This time wearing it, I decided NOT to go for my usual black skinnies but a cool pair of trousers to give it some interest. This is by far my favorite t-shirt in my closet that I got when I bought my tickets for the "Not in This Lifetime" Tour. Yes, I am actually a Guns'n'Roses fan, so I wear the shirt proudly. It's a piece that I'm constantly wearing and will be until it falls apart because it's 1. oversized and insanely comfortable 2. an awesome conversation starter between you and a fellow fan!

I'm definitely being bias here but Virgos are a magical breed. We are compassionate, loyal, and absolute perfectionists (at least we think we are!) I just celebrated a birthday and this year felt a little different but in an amazing way. I realized that I am ready to really delve into myself and things that make me happy. Be more productive with my time, step outside of my comfort zone, and love myself a little more. All really sappy sounding but maybe will get you thinking about giving yourself some TLC!
I'm back to share just a few of my favorite things this month!
We can start off my noting how hot and sunny it has been. There is no excuse for not protecting your skin and the Tatcha Silken Pore Perfecting SPF has made it so easy to love putting on sunscreen. Its silky, lightweight, and evens out your skin's texture! My summer skincare routine has totally benefited from Tatcha's SPF as well as Odactité's serums. Basically, you can be a mixologist and customize your skincare to your needs. They have so many that anyone can find something that would work for them. I have two that I play around with on the regular. Pe + C (peach and cypress) is great to use during the day mixed into your moisturizer to combat oiliness/combination skin and Pf + O (passionfruit and orange) is amazing at night. You'll wake up with the most radiant skin, I promise.
Once I'm nice and protected/hydrated, I do my makeup as usual but I've added two new gems into the mix. YSL's cult favorite Touche Élcat is an essential on the go to touch up under the eyes. I also love Glossier Haloscope in Topaz to finish off my look. It looks incredible with a bit of a tan and it super easy to toss in your bag for on the go usage as well. As far as non-beauty bits, I've really been loving i-D Magazine. There's some really amazing fashion imagery and some insightful articles about the youth's perspective on global news. They mix fashion, culture, and art in a beautiful way and I highly recommend you snag a subscription. The ideal situation would be catching up on my reading materials and lighting a Diptyque Roses candle. Possibly my favorite candle and it last forever. Nothing is more calming than a good read and a sweet scent.
