THE LONDON LOOK NO.1

First, I have to say, the ladies and gentlemen in London are killing it with their style. The second I stepped off of the plane, I was so inspired by everyone rocking great coats and fab furs. With that in mind, I impulsively bought this jacket in the Zara near my hotel on sale and paired it with jeans and longline tee. For an afternoon of exploring Notting Hill, I decided to stay comfortable, swapping my usual heeled bootie for sneakers. Stay tuned for a post all about my touristy adventures!

CAMEL COLORED

This is one of the few times I'm not wearing head-to-toe black. I know, I know...there isn't a lot of color going on here, but its a start! The subtle peek of the striped skirt and the richness of the tote are the most comfortable way of me easing into color. I don't plan on straying away from my beloved noir anytime soon, but I love the contrast between camel and black. It makes me a little curious about adding more of it into the wardrobe...

INTRO

Dress::Reformation
This ultra-soft turtleneck dress has gotten so much wear since I bought it a couple months back. Its the most comfortable thing I own and I never want to take it off.

Shoes::Topshop
When I need a little height, but don't want to sacrifice comfort, I go for these. They go with everything and I love the front zipper detail.

Backpack::Topshop
I go back and forth with bags. I don't like to carry much but this backpack is the perfect size when I'm heading out for a day and need to throw in a few extra essentials to get me through.

Sunglasses::Celine
The quintessential "don't look at me" glasses. Oversized so I can get away with looking like a mess  if I need to. (But no one needs to know!)

I'm so excited to finally launch my blog! It has been a long time coming. I figured I'd start it off with my "go-to" outfit. I'm a creature of habit, so easy, no brainer looks like this are on heavy rotation.

You can expect outfit posts, to beauty bag staples, to my favorite food spots around town. Anything and everything. Get ready.
